Bag Care

Bags are to be hand washed to avoid damage. We don't recommend ironing the bags as the wadding will flatten, however you can lightly go over the patchwork to remove creases. The frills and straps can be ironed. All bags are made with care and are sent in excellent condition, we take no responsibility for any possible damage when the bag arrives (this has never happened before but if it ever does, please contact your delivery service before contacting us!)
 

Refunds

We only accept refunds on the same day of purchase so we don't end up making/shipping the bag. Any other cases will not be accepted. If your bag gets returned after failed delivery attempts or giving us the incorrect address, you may request a refund but will not receive the shipping cost back. Please note that all items are listed in GBP (£) as we are located in the UK, so your payment total will be different and converted if you are international - we suggest working out the converted price in your currency before ordering.

Our Designs

Feel free to recreate our bags for personal use and with credit if you post it online, however we do not allow copies of our bags to be sold as it is a copyright infringement and we hope you understand. We also do not offer patterns or tutorials.

Made to Order

All bags are made to order, meaning it can take up to 3 weeks for us to complete your bag depending on how busy we are. All orders are tracked and the tracking number will be on the invoice, sent once your bag has been shipped. Please be careful when cutting into the postage bag so you don't accidentally cut the bag!
